Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Crepaway . The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high food and beverage standards.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Hospitality or related field is a bonus
