AddBloom is recruiting Account Leads 

As part of your role, you would be required to manage the overall client-agency relationship, ideate and create proactive digital strategies and guide your team to execute them in an efficient manner and closely monitor the campaign execution process to ensure outstanding performance.

As a consultant, strategist, mentor and team liaison, you’ll have the opportunity to build long-term client partnerships while collaborating internally with design, content, and community management and digital media team members on a daily basis to help understand/define client KPIs and generate innovative and strategic solutions to meet those goals. 

You will lead your team to oversee campaigns throughout every development phase - from concept through execution and beyond, reporting on key insights and offering data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization and performance improvement.

As the primary point of contact, you will be instrumental in shaping strategy, driving performance and identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue and new business growth. Your primary responsibility would include liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis to form strong, long lasting relationship with them. While promoting business expansion, you would assist key clients to confront their digital challenges through the right selection of technology and strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Results-Driven Digital Advertising Strategist: Critical thinking skills to understand performance analytics and interpret digital campaign data into meaningful insight/actionable next steps. You must be comfortable utilizing analytics dashboard platforms to report on performance.
  • Superior Account and Time Management Skills: Experience onboarding, and managing accounts:
  • Generating toolkits (Project Proposals, scopes of work, project plans, reporting dashboards, roles & responsibilities, etc.). Ad or Digital Ad agency experience required.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and use sound judgment in managing time to achieve maximized productivity.
  • Confident & Persuasive Leader:  Possesses an innate ability to present new ideas with sound rationale, while establishing and sustaining credibility/trust with clients and colleagues.

 

  • Outstanding Communicator/Presenter: Consensus-building and negotiation skills should be second nature, along with the ability to develop thoughtful, well-written and accurate documentation that serves to interpret client needs and translate them into specific directives.

 

  • Committed to Flawless Execution: Focused on quality and detail, while mindful of time-to-market - inspiring others to do what it takes to get projects out the door on time.

 

  • Technological Aptitude: High level of comfort using MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager a definite plus.

Solution-Oriented: Desire for choosing a highly collaborative approach to problem resolution.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years’ digital account management experience (ad agency experience with major accounts preferred)
  • Proven competency managing large-scale online projects involving a sophisticated digital marketing product mix
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and high degree of comfort overseeing metrics-driven marketing campaigns
  • Facebook Business Manager Aptitude and Google AdWords a major plus.
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, evolving and fast-paced environment
