Adada & Kabbani is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen sales, with expertise in both showroom and outdoor sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct both showroom and outdoor sales activities.
• Provide a warm welcome to showroom visitors, present different models and finishes, and effectively persuade potential customers to make purchases.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored kitchen solutions.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Adada & Kabbani standard designs and the latest trends in interior design.
• Register new clients in the company’s ERP system promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate closely with the design department to create order designs and drawings.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department for efficient and accurate payment processing.
• Secure approvals from clients on design and material selection.
• Follow up diligently with production and installation, keeping clients informed about the estimated date of delivery (EDD) and any changes.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Issue quotations from the standard sales catalogue and request quotations for bespoke items.
• Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and existing clients.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Maintain the presentation of the showroom, ensuring it is always neat and inviting.
• Perform other departmental tasks as requested by management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen sales.
• Proven experience in showroom and outdoor sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
• Certification in Interior Design or Sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure.
