Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Retention Specialist or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and increase loyalty
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Address customer issues promptly and resolve them effectively
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to prevent churn
  • Provide feedback and insights to management on customer behavior and preferences
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer retention
