Job Scope:
The Brand Supervisor is responsible to supervise the sales team related to the brand while ensuring an efficient and professional customer relationship and service delivery. Responsible for maintaining the brand standards and delivering excellent brand awareness. Develop relationship with regular and VIP clients in order to promote the company’s services and products aiming to increase profitability.
Selling and Service
• Maintain a strong floor presence driving sales, promoting customer service excellence and attending to customers’ needs
• Constant follow up on the brand performance and provide constructive feedback related to the collection, customer needs, loss opportunities, pre-sale and EOS
• Follow up on the brand target in terms of sales progress and sell-out
• Maintain inventory control and stock replenishments of related Brand
• Deliver excellent brand awareness and advise to all customers
• Achieve the individual and brand monthly sales targets
• Ensure a proper replenishment of merchandise and ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards to increase the sales of the brand
• Complete efficient and accurate transfers
• Handle proper alterations as per tailoring standards
• Build a VIP customer database and follow up regularly with the client
• Actively seek inputs from customers and efficiently address complaints to reinforce service standards and brand selection
• Preserve and safeguard the retail merchandise and assets following ABC guidelines and standards as part of the quality control process
Analyzing Sales and Other Metrics
• Analyze the brand performance figures and suggest incentives/action plan for improvement
• Active follow up on target by brand in order to ensure that targets are met, if applicable
• Propose new ideas to boost the sales of the brand
Team Supervision
• Ensure on-the-job training and follow up on the implementation of the training curriculum
• Monitor the staff performance and target progress and achievements while ensuring continuous updates to the Department Manager
• Provide continuous and constructive feedback and suggest developmental actions for improvement in alignment with the department manager
• Participate in conducting regular performance reviews, identify training needs and follow up on the development plans
• Conduct training sessions to the Sales Team to boost their fashion knowledge; upgrade their technical skills and ensure continuous improvements
• Coordinate the team schedule with the Department Manager to meet service requirements Others
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the field through site surveys, fashion fairs, magazines
• Market the brand and raise awareness amongst the team through huddles, department meetings, etc.
• Conduct local market visits and report on competitors’ activities in terms of collection and price monitoring
• Ensure compliance with authority matrix, code of conduct and ABC policies and procedures
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Certificates: Fashion related certificate is a plus
Experience: 4 years
