Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant shall provide executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO and the senior Management. The right candidate shall be responsible for the office management, organizes, coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects.


Main Duties:

  • Carry out general office administration tasks, including writing first document drafts and proofread documents.
  • Conduct research and write reports as required.
  • Read and prepare engagements, correspondences, memos, draft business letters and minutes of meeting.
  • Following up on the completion of Engagement letters with concerned parties
  • Maintain an efficient filing and archiving system by collecting, reviewing and organizing all data and reports.
  • Communicate with third parties such as auditors, lawyers, translators, notary, suppliers etc.
  • Welcome the management’s guests, in person or by phone, direct them to the relative offices or answer their inquiries.
  • Uphold office overall interior decoration, cleanliness, supply inventory etc.
  • Manage the Management’s calendar and schedule (meetings, conferences, etc.)
  • Handle Office travel procedures (Visas, hotel reservations, invoicing, etc.)
  • Protect all information and operations with complete confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with management in regards training, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • the ability to manage multiple tasks or caseloads
  • Good attention to detail to be able to carefully analyze files and data
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Office administrative skills for tasks such as filing, typing and letter writing in English and Arabic
  • MS Office experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work
  • Professionalism when working with colleagues, senior partners, experts and clients


Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position
  • Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English, French is a plus
