Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Talent Advisory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a facilitator, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for candidates through our career advisory programs. You will work closely with talent to guide them through the different stages, coordinating assessments, brainstorming sessions, and expert meetings, while serving as their main point of contact throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Psychometric Assessments: Coordinate the administration and results delivery of psychometric assessments tailored to each candidate’s career level and interests.
- Coordinate Brainstorming Sessions: Organize and facilitate career brainstorming sessions with candidates to help them refine their goals and identify target roles and industries.
- Manage Expert Meetings: Arrange meetings between candidates and industry experts, ensuring relevance and alignment with the candidate’s career objectives.
- Candidate Support: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring they have the tools and information needed throughout the advisory process.
- Track Candidate Progress: Monitor the candidate’s progress through each stage of the program, ensuring timelines are met and the process runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the internal team to ensure the best match of talent to opportunities and provide feedback to continuously improve our talent advisory services.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree in business, management, with a focus in human resources. A Master degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a client-facing or account management role, preferably in career advisory, recruitment, or HR services.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and industry experts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple activities and timelines.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
- Interest or experience in the GCC market is a plus.
