Senior Account Executive

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Senior Account Executive to serve clients of the International Health Services Division to meet their business needs while maintaining exceptional client relationships. Contributes to the division's marketing and business development initiatives to achieve strategic goals and set targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages client relationships by ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations, addressing client needs, and promptly resolving any service issues or complaints.
Supports clients with policy management and administration by ensuring proper processing and maintenance of their products on GlobeMed systems and that their policy production process is running smoothly
Assists in setting and implementing network/tariff strategies and policies.
Monitors client portfolios and providing support to achieve client retention and sustainable growth.
Contributes to business development efforts for the IHS division through the identification of new local and/or regional business opportunities, competitive analysis, market research, preparation of marketing plans and sales presentations, and fostering relationships with existing clients and potential prospects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) - MBA is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externally.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, French is an asset
Computer literate with good MS Office skills
