Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager with extensive experience in digital marketing, specializing in the management and growth of app-based platforms, including loyalty programs apps. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of app marketing strategies, aimed at driving customer engagement, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies for app-based platforms (e.g., loyalty programs, on-demand services , and e-commerce apps ).
• Lead campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through app , online marketing channels, and CRM.
• Manage cross-functional campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, in-app messages, social media, and SEO.
• Optimize app listings to enhance discoverability and downloads.
• Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels within apps to improve user experience and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with product development teams to enhance app features based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Monitor performance metrics such as app downloads, user retention, engagement, and revenue generation, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Stay updated on trends in app marketing, loyalty programs, and user behaviors.
• Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and third-party vendors as needed.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on mobile apps (e.g., loyalty programs, E services, or large e-commerce platforms).
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for mobile apps.
• Experience in app optimization , paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media), and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, App Store Analytics, etc.).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
