Job Description & Summary
A career in our Trainee Lawyer practice, within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, on going compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.
Our team provides legal support to our clients. Our team focuses on drafting documentation for wills and trusts, recommending design structures for trusts, planning estate and tax provisions, and advising international clients on relocations.
The lawyer will be seconded to assist the commercial team in reviewing contracts and negotiating the terms and conditions. Provide day to day legal advice , communicate with management, participate in meetings. provide necessary legal support and information. draft contracts. Counseling the firm, review and draft all type of legal documents relating to PwC's activities and review brief court submission.
