Description:

The Senior Accountant will oversee accountants within the accounting department, focusing on operational efficiency, compliance, and quality of financial data and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial processes.
• Review and approve reconciliations and financial reports prepared by accountants.
• Provide guidance and training to accountants to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Liaise with the Senior Accounting Manager to implement financial controls and strategies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and participate in audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a financial services environment, with a focus on Forex and CFDs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
