Responsibilities

-Perform internal audits based on ISO 9001 standard, best practices and company’s policies and procedures.

-Monitor operational efficiency.

-Draft new policies & procedures and update existing ones to ensure continuous efficiency and quality.

-Update Risk Management processes as needed.

-Train team members on policies and procedures and operational efficiency practices.

-Detect non-conformities and ensure correction.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Audit, or other related fields.

-Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 2 years of experience with similar responsibilities.

Technical skills

-Risk Management, Quality Management, Product Knowledge, Regulatory Knowledge, Accounting, and Data Analytics.

- English proficiency (oral and written).

- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Excel).

Behavioral skills

Leadership skills, Problem-Solving, Communication Skills, Time Management, and Detailed Oriented.
