We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Sales to lead our remote team in Beirut,Lebanon.
The ideal candidate should fit the below Job Description:
*University Degree.
*Fluency in English: Additional Languages will be considered an advantage.
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
*Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly *Independent, self-directed and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy.
**Ability to work flexible hours.

Job Description

*Ensure that the Branch Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Corporate Sales (personal and team), and Revenue targets are achieved in accordance with the Company Business Plan.
*Work in parallel with the company mission and vision.
*Ensure the customer satisfaction and Retention of clients.
*Manage & monitor the end of day cash balancing of the branch.
*Fund management Optimize the currency and fund utilization without hindering the customer service of the branch.
*Ensure All deposits/Demand draft held with branch are deposited with bank on time for realizing funds.
*Ensure any discrepancies on the tills are immediately reported to GHRM/CEO for further actions.
*Ensure that all KYC documents are collected, and AML Guidelines are followed at each branch.
*Making sure that the branches staff is Cross selling all products, and having the full knowledge about the money transfer, and Remittances.
*Visit local businesses with the Regional / Area Manager/Corporate sales Manager to encourage new corporate customer.
*Identify ways of improving the branch efficiency and services delivered.
*Monitor staff performance and ensure that training and development needs are identified, planned and carried out to ensure that all staffs are continually develop and achieve their full potential.
*Coordinate with the upper management to develop manpower plan and ensure proper staffing levels.
*Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the Company's business, building productive cross-functional relationships.
*Cooperate with the back office (accounting, dealers) to maintain a high operational successful invoices.
*Handle all types of branches operations.
*Respect the deadline.
*High level of support when having any shortage.
*Team audit closely.
*Provide all type of trainings for junior senior professional and team leaders.
*Sending accurate feedback and evaluations on weekly basis.
*Answer all team inquiry on the spot.
*Direct the team to send their daily report, and take the action when needed.
*Responsible for the branch devices, maintenance and employee needs.
*Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation.
*Report on regional sales results.
*Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
