Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and networking.

3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term business relationships.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

6. Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and product features to close sales and win business.

7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses using CRM software.

9. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, highlighting progress, opportunities, and challenges to management.
