• Develop work plan and carries out bench work by securing tooling, set-up and adjustment.


• Operates a variety of machine tools to make parts and tooling to very close tolerance.


• Repair production equipment, plant equipment and related facilities when and as required and as per the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).


• Maintain production machines according to prescribed procedures.


• Fabricate parts and components for repair of machines, equipment, or facilities working from graphic, written or verbal instruction and specifications.


• Analyze and repair malfunctioning machines and systems (Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic, ADS, etc.)


• Maintaining a working understanding of plant production processes, equipment, systems, and facilities in order to perform maintenance works effectively.


• To carry out preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment based on instructions described in the maintenance schedule.


• Observe all safety regulations and good housekeeping practices.


• Operate all types of workshop equipment and machinery such as; lath , milling, shaping, grinding and drilling, etc...
