BERDAWNI NATURAL MINERAL WATER is a Lebanese company established in 2004 in the Bekaa region "Kaa el Rim", certified by Bureau Veritas: ISO22000:2005 since 2007. The water originates from the underground springs of Sannine Mountains, known for producing some of the finest mineral-enriched water in Lebanon. The company follows strict quality and food safety management systems to ensure natural purity and pleasant taste.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Lab Technician at Berdawni Water Zahle; you will be responsible to ensure good laboratory practices and issuing right lab result.

Key Responsibilities

-         Conduct laboratory tests.

-         Conduct daily microbiology tests from different point.

-         Inspection on employee’s hygiene, employee’s swab tests.

-         Conduct physic-chemical tests

-         Follow the Berdawni sampling plan and filling all the related documents.

-         Read the Microbiological results.

-         Follow instructions related to ISO 22000.

-         Reporting to the Quality Manager.

Our Ideal Candidate.

Education: BS Biology, Chemistry, biochemistry or food science.

Experience:

Proven experience at least 2 years as Lab Technician or relevant position.

Skills and knowledge:

-         Time management.

-         Attention to detail.

-         Good eye-hand coordination.

-         Maintain high level of awareness and up to date info/data about all issues related to quality department.

-         Organization skills.

Language: English and French is a plus.

Location: Beqaa, Zahle

Work hours:

·        Monday until Friday:  7 AM - 4 PM

·        Saturday: 7 AM – 12:30
