Site Contract Administrator / Hotels Projects Experience - Saudi Arabia

Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator
Strong understanding of construction laws and contract language.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction management software.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and amend project contracts to ensure fairness and compliance.
Monitor all contract-related paperwork and correspondence.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and adherence to contractual terms.
Handle the organization and filing of all construction project records and documents.
Resolve any contract disputes and coordinate with legal departments when necessary.
Ensure contract renewals and extensions are processed efficiently.
Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables
