The Outdoor Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting and selling sporting goods and outdoor activity equipment. The representative will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the outdoor sports market.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on sporting goods and outdoor equipment.
  3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  4. Participate in trade shows, community events, and outdoor activities to promote products and engage with customers.
  5. Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and customer service.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting trends and opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  9. Assist in inventory management and ensure product availability.
  10. Train and mentor new sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
