Responsibilities:
- Purchase Management:
- Conduct purchasing activities for mechanical and electrical spare parts according to production needs.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Supplier Relationship Development:
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and conditions.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and changes in pricing and competition.
- Prepare periodic reports on market status and supplier performance analysis.
- Order Delivery Management:
- Ensure timely delivery of orders in the required quantities.
- Track shipments of spare parts and resolve any issues that may arise during shipping.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of necessary parts to avoid production interruptions.
- Develop inventory strategies and improve material management.
- Policy Compliance:
- Adhere to the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the mechanical and electrical spare parts sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
- Good knowledge of inventory management methods and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- High organizational and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.
