We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Services Department Lead to oversee our patient services team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire the patient services team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
2. Advocate for myteem values and ethics, ensuring they are reflected in all team activities.
3. Engage with patients through inbound and outbound communication, addressing inquiries regarding medical
services, appointments, and general queries with professionalism and empathy.
4. Effectively balance technical tasks with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that both areas receive appropriate
attention and resources.
5. Prepare and present insightful reports during leadership meetings, sharing valuable data and observations that
contribute to departmental growth and improvement.
6. Develop and implement strategic plans for team growth and service enhancement, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals.
7. Possess robust problem-solving and decision-making skills through data and rational evaluation of
situations/circumstances , particularly when addressing patient complaints and operational issues, to ensure a high
level of satisfaction for both patients and clients.
8. Utilize strong HR skills to assist in the recruitment and interviewing process, ensuring the selection of qualified
candidates who align with our values.
9. Provide technical coaching, mentoring and development to team members, particularly in areas related to client
management and service delivery.
10. Maintain a healthy track record of technical achievements and ensure compliance with company and client
standards, policies, and best practices.
