Mission
Join our team as a Cybersecurity Compliance and Governance Engineer and be part of a team dedicated to safeguarding digital infrastructures for our clients. At EXEO, you’ll help lead the development of robust cybersecurity governance, provide essential security advisory services, and ensure our clients' compliance with critical standards.
In this role, you will not only manage internal cybersecurity strategies but also work closely with clients to build policies that strengthen their security posture. You'll conduct risk assessments, analyze security events, and respond to incidents, contributing valuable insights and direction to both our team and our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cybersecurity Governance: Develop and manage internal and client cybersecurity strategies aligned with enterprise risk management. Establish integrated cybersecurity policies and procedures, define roles and responsibilities, and oversee the organization's cybersecurity strategy, including supply chain risk management.
Information Security Services to Clients: Assist clients in creating and implementing security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide expert advice to enhance security posture and conduct proactive consultations for tailored solutions.
Security Analysis & Incident Handling: Analyze EDR and SIEM logs, conduct risk assessments, monitor for intrusions, and respond to incidents with detailed reporting.
Communication & Reporting: Manage service desk updates, participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, draft reports, and inform the MSS Team Leader of case progress and issues, escalating critical matters as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) and NIST CSF;
- Experience in information security and tools like firewalls, proxies, SIEM, EDR, and IDS;
- Advanced understanding of modern attack techniques;
- Strong client service orientation;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
- Solid systems, networking, and communication skills;
