Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Identify and Engage New Customers: Drive business expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

2. Focus on AI and Data Center Interconnect Solutions: Specialize in providing high-performance interconnect solutions tailored for AI and data center projects.

3. Partnership Management: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with leading OEMs, system integrators, and technology partners to enhance market reach and product adoption.

4. Understand and Meet Customer Needs: Conduct in-depth assessments to deliver interconnect solutions that align with specific customer requirements.

5. Achieve Sales Targets: Execute successful sales strategies to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales objectives.

6. Stay Informed on Market Trends: Keep up-to-date on industry developments and evolving customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.

7. Collaborate on Product Development: Work closely with the product team to shape and develop offerings that address current market demands.

8. Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to identify emerging opportunities and refine value propositions and go-to-market approaches.


Skills, Competencies and Knowledge

1.    Deep knowledge of interconnect technologies for AI and data centers.

2.    Strong connections in the tech industry in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

3.    Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at executive levels.

4.    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve results.


Educational Background and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management, with a focus on interconnect, data center, and/or AI infrastructure sectors. Demonstrated success in driving business growth across the EMEA region.

3. Proven Network: Established relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and key industry stakeholders in the AI and data center sectors within the EMEA region.
