Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team based in our main office in Jdeideh, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in digital account management or a client-facing role within the digital marketing sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships (located in various time zones), oversee project delivery, ensure client satisfaction and manage a team of digital account executives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned digital marketing clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
-Digital Projects Oversight: Manage multiple client digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
-Technical Supervision: Answer the account executives’ technical questions, supervise digital marketing campaigns executed by the account executives, check digital campaigns and performance reports prepared by the account executives.
-People Management & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, SEO, SEM, social media and content specialists, and lead/manage up to two account executives to deliver result-driven digital marketing campaigns.
-Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on team’s and campaigns performance, providing performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
-Problem Solving: Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
-Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive growth.
-Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.

Qualifications:
-Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing in a client-facing role, preferably account management, within the digital marketing sector.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:
-Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools and tactics including SEM (Google Ads), SEO, Social Media Marketing and Advertising (Meta Ads), Google Analytics
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Strong management skills and ability to lead a team of digital marketing executives
