Junior Back Office Officer

Job Overview:
The Junior Back Office Officer role is to execute and implement all policies and procedures related to the account services in a way where the day-to-day operational functions of the company with relation to client trading accounts and reporting are maintained.

Responsibilities:
• Understand and follow the Company’s internal policies and procedures in the execution of day-to-day responsibilities.
• Ensure all tasks are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• AML, KYC, and Client documentation check both manually and against tools provided by the Company.
• Check Rejected KYC documents.
• Approve payment details and check for any third party payment.
• Ensure smooth and prompt execution of both Deposits and Withdrawals at and from clients’ trading accounts.
• Other tasks related to the management of the client’s trading account.
• Report incidents or events directly to the Head of Back-Office and the head of operations.
• Record keeping and documentation filing in the Back-Office system.
• Generate reports as instructed by the Head of the Department and senior members of the team.
• Close communication with the accounting team for matters pertaining to clients’ funds.
• Assist with other duties as instructed by the management.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field
• Master’s Degree is a plus
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written in a must
• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry will be considered an advantage

Skills:
• Strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Office tools (excel is a must)
• Experience with MT4/5 is a plus
• Excellent reporting skills
• Good Time management Skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet a strict deadline.
• Ability to work on several tasks/projects simultaneously
