Responsibilities
-Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all security measures are adhered to.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media promotion and in-store events.
-Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet or exceed these goals through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Train and supervise staff, ensuring they have product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
