ABOUT THIS POSITION:

As a TikTok Shop Specialist in our Ecommerce Team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing TikTok Shop operations, sourcing top-tier creators and affiliates, and overseeing the entire TikTok Shop strategy to ensure high visibility and significant sales through effective content and collaborations. Your expertise in current TikTok trends and data-driven strategies will be essential in executing a comprehensive range of TikTok Shop activities, from product listings to affiliate program development.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, launch, and manage a comprehensive TikTok Shop affiliate marketing program by recruiting aligned creators, establishing commission structures, and implementing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and incentivize high-quality conversions.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage top-tier TikTok creators and affiliates, building lasting relationships, negotiating competitive agreements, and providing ongoing support to create high-converting content while ensuring alignment with brand and promotional goals.
  • Collaborate with creators to produce high-performing TikTok content, such as shoppable videos and live streams, while leading creator-driven campaigns aligned with promotions and product launches, managing execution from start to finish on time and within budget.
  • Leverage TikTok Ads to boost creator content and affiliate campaigns, using targeted strategies to drive traffic and conversions while tracking performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
  • Use advanced analytics tools to monitor TikTok Shop performance, analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, and creator/affiliate contributions, while tracking KPIs like sales, conversion rates, and engagement, and providing leadership with actionable insights and performance reports.
  • Plan and execute high-impact live shopping events with TikTok creators, driving direct product purchases through engaging content, while designing strategies to boost viewer interaction and using real-time feedback to optimize the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, customer service, creative, and social teams, to ensure seamless execution of TikTok Shop activities and alignment with brand standards and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features, continuously refining the shop’s strategy to seize emerging opportunities and keep the brand at the forefront of TikTok commerce.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of Proven experience in successfully running TikTok Shop campaigns with a strong understanding of e-commerce tools, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and managing high-performing TikTok creators and affiliates, with a robust network in the TikTok influencer space.
  • Expertise in TikTok Ads Manager and paid social strategies, with a track record of driving significant ROI from paid campaigns and creator-boosted content.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data tools, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adept at managing multiple creator and affiliate partnerships while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Trend-savvy individual deeply immersed in TikTok culture, ready to lead innovation in social commerce.
