WHO WE ARE
Swiss Butter is a casual steakhouse that serves 3 mains: Beef filet or ribeye, chicken breast & salmon filet. All 3 mains are served with our secret Swiss Butter sauce, a mesclun salad, a freshly baked baguette, chili flakes and your choice of fries or a baked potato. We also serve a molten chocolate fondant and a pain perdu for dessert. We serve a selection of wines but highly recommend our house wine which is young yet superbly balanced.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Community Manager to join our growing team. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing Swiss Butter's social media presence, maintaining a consistent content calendar, overseeing our influencer outreach program, and providing regular reports on performance. This role is essential to strengthen our brand presence, engage with our audience, and ultimately create simple moments of joy for all who interact with Swiss Butter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Swiss Butter's social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok)
- Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging posts that align with our brand essence and objectives
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling visual and written content
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, fostering a sense of community and positive brand sentiment
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers to expand our brand's reach and credibility
- Regularly track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Develop and share performance reports with the marketing team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and community management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in social media management, community management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content (Video & Photo)
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and best practices
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
