About the Opportunity:

The Customer Acquisition and Success Manager will be dedicated to Creoshift’s Smart Stories project, focusing on driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. This role combines responsibilities in client acquisition, customer success, and strategic business development. As the main point of contact for clients, you will be crucial in expanding our client base, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building long-lasting relationships. If you're a proactive, client-focused professional with a passion for both sales and customer success, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Smart Stories.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and other channels.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies such as partnerships to grow the customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients and ensure smooth onboarding.

Customer Success:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional support to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product team to align acquisition and success efforts.
  • Gather client feedback to contribute to product improvements and feature development.


Secrets to Shortlisting:

  • Proven experience in client acquisition and customer success, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
