Responsibilities:

•Set action plans to improve sales and to improve customer satisfaction/experience
•Prepare department’s budget and sales forecast. Ensure adherence to budget
•Keep track of the market movement (market demands, competitors, service & reputation)
•Develop and follow-up action plans for new products’ sales activities
•Search for new sales opportunities, new markets, and customers.
•Set sales plans, targets, tasks and strategies
•Conduct visits to key customers, potential key clients, corporate accounts, etc.
•Document customer complaints received and resolve the ones related to sales services
•Recommend strategies that keep the company ahead of competition
