• Review organograms and manpower plans with MDs at the beginning of the year
• Coordinates with relevant managers on vacancy needs and budgets (depends on the manpower plan)
• Analyzes the most suitable means of recruiting and job posts (universities, online websites, headhunters, etc.)
• Checks received CVs and shortlists the suitable ones according to the needs
• Conducts first-round interviews including relevant exams and assessments
• Works with the managers to shortlist and select candidates, requests relevant documents, and arranges second and third-round interviews according to the position and level
• Coordinates with the managers on the final candidate, handles job offers and coordinates logistics (start date, hiring documents, etc.)
• Finalizes job descriptions and induction programs with the help of managers and make sure new employee has a copy.
• Manages administrative needs of the new employee to be ready when they start (desk, laptop, business card, NSSF, MOF, etc.) and create a file in the Employee Files.
• Follows up with managers to make sure the Probation Appraisals are done at the end of the probation period, to dictate the success or failure of a new employee.
• Develops, implements, and communicates policies and procedures and makes sure people follow them, informs management when they are abused, collects and files the forms, and makes sure they have the right signatures.
• Manages employee records including hires, transfers, performance appraisals, attendance, and leaves.
• Handles internal and external training in coordination with managers.
• Manages internal communications with new employees
• Handles employee exit interviews and terminations.
• Leads HR projects across the Group (UAE, Egypt, Italy, Turkey, etc.) requested by management and in coordination with local HR such as Training, Policies & Procedures, Benefits, Employee Surveys, etc.:
• Coordinates the performance appraisal system and follows up with managers and employees to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the system.
• Maintains and updates company organization charts and job descriptions.
• Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
• Motivating and supporting current staff.
• Handling employee benefits.
• Handles employee's files
• Make sure pay slips are signed monthly
• NSSF & MOF (Ministry of Finance) registration & end of service
• Finalizes employment contract where needed.
• Manage the office
• LinkedIn events posting
