Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Perform high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads and initiate relationships with potential clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by identifying key decision-makers within target industries in the Middle East and African regions.
- Use CRM systems to organize and track outreach activities, client data, and follow-up actions.
- Sales Outreach & Client Engagement
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their unique hiring needs and present Mindfree Consultings tailored recruitment solutions.
- Present and promote Mindfree Consultings services in a compelling manner, adapting the approach for different client segments and sectors.
- Develop customized sales strategies to drive engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Proposal Development & Closing Sales
- Create personalized proposals that address specific client recruitment requirements and demonstrate Mindfree Consultings value proposition.
- Negotiate terms, handle client objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth handoffs for service delivery after client onboarding.
- Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle, positioning Mindfree Consulting as their go-to recruitment partner.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction, understand additional hiring needs, and expand existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, deepening client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking & Sales Strategy Adjustment
- Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and other sales performance metrics in the CRM.
- Adapt and refine sales strategies based on client feedback and performance data to continuously improve results.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or professional services
- Strong skills in cold calling, with the ability to engage and convert prospective clients effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach to relationship building
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking sales activities and managing client information
- Proficiency in developing tailored proposals and negotiating B2B service agreements confidently.
