The Quality Control Specialist ensures that products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and customer expectations. This role involves conducting inspections, tests, and audits to detect issues, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.

Inspection & Testing:
Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods for compliance with specifications.
Conduct tests using calibrated tools, instruments, or software.
Record and analyze data to identify trends and potential defects.

Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure products and processes comply with company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Issue Resolution:
Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies in products or processes.
Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Process Improvement:

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
Assist in the creation and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Auditing & Reporting:

Conduct regular audits of production areas, equipment, and workflows.
Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings and present to management.
Training & Support:

Provide training to staff on quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Support cross-functional teams in achieving quality goals
