Full-Time Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in outgoing sales calls to reach new customers and introduce our beauty products.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a base target of $2,000 in delivered sales.
Utilize active leads generated from our pop-up store, kiosks, and social media channels to boost sales and convert leads into loyal customers.
Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Track, report, and analyze daily and weekly sales activities.
Participate in training sessions designed to develop top sales techniques and stay updated on the latest product offerings.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, particularly in the beauty or retail industry, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
Motivated by achieving targets and maximizing commission opportunities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using sales tracking software and reporting tools
