1- Description
The Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations and the Organization of the office, and supports the work of management and other staff.

2- Responsibilities
• Maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally.
• Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of members and other clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others
• Ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary
• Ability to prioritize tasks by assessing situations to determine urgency
• Data entry of Purchas orders of export orders received
• Following us with customers for approval to proceed with the factory
• Apply the company's quality procedures
• Support the Export Manager with meeting, travel (flight & hotel booking) and other arrangements
• Communicate with external & internal parties including accounting purchasing and other departments.
• Prepare reports, files of the shipment to be reported to acc. Department
Coordinate with accounting department regarding the collections and statement and follow up with the customers for transfers
• Ensure that the payments will be cash upon delivery with new customers.


3- Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
