SCOPE OF THE JOB:
Data Expert Agent is responsible for the data collection and maintenance of Mike Sport E-commerce platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform the item creation process based on Mike Sport’s E-Com guidelines, policies and procedures; taking into consideration an attractive look & feel for the platform.
- Create or implement a digital conversion program in line with the client's needs.
- Work closely with marketing to maintain current product availability on the e-commerce store, working in Nav-to-Net to upload product content, images, and descriptions.
- Ensure that the company website’s product information is populated correctly and accurately.
- Perform random data validation on the website’s created items, to avoid possible errors.
- Maintain effective merchandise planning: including expanding product assortment, new brands suggestion, and seasonal/exclusive merchandise.
- Provide Upsell services through premium positioning, offers, banners, etc
- Take ownership of new initiatives to improve user experience on the platform.
- Perform other duties that are aligned & related to the job scope.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or documentation.
- Experience: 0 to 1-year experience in data management, Retail experience is a plus.
- Linguistic Skills: Advanced in written & spoken English & Arabic, French is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Extensive knowledge of Ms. Office
