•Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase, through implementation to completion.
•Plan, quote and advise Maintenance Manager on existing deficiencies & required development.
•Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
•Supervise work of development team and manage the capacity and performance of each network element.
•Create and execute development plans, set budget & revise as appropriate to meet needs & requirements.
•Follow up on purchased materials and its adequacy to project needs.
•Own the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
•Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
•Identify project requirements, manage and allocate staff accordingly to attain goals & pursue excellence.
•Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
•Remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices.
•Facilitate effective team interaction & manage client interaction & expectations to development efforts.
•Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, systems and objectives.
•Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
•Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
•Review the status reports of team members and address issues as appropriate.
