Requirements:
-2-4 years experience in general HR practice including recruitment process
-Bachelor degree in HR or Business Management

Job Description:


- Manage daily human resources tasks and assist all Gezairi Entities requests within 48 hours from the requested time.
- Insure that Employees files, HR Software's are updated on daily basis by any new or modified documents and / or data.
- Handling all Employees request through system and finalize their request with 48 hours.
- Maintain and update human resources data and provides accurately and on time the needed reports;
Monthly reports; Organizational Charts, Employee Data Base and the new reports which might be requested.

- Actively involved in the recruitment process; recruitment request, generation of new job description, selection of CVs and interviews for officers and junior positions. In additional to the follow up with the new joiners in order to finalize the recruitment process, which will be by end of probation period.
- Assure that the employees are respecting the company policies, such as; attendance, leave application, etc.

- Handling all the NSSF Requests/ documents/ updates / applications to all employees and managers ( medical applications, payments, Clearance renewals
