Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary communication liaison between the support department team and the
- broader school community during the absence of the head of the support department.
- Manage and address emergencies in the absence of the Head of the Support Department.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans(IEPs) in collaboration with different stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on students; progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in special education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis-management skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
