Overview
Brights Marketing Consultancy is seeking a Freelance Junior Account Supervisor to manage and grow client accounts for three key services. This role is ideal for a driven and dynamic individual who thrives in a freelance environment, has a passion for marketing, and is eager to prove their abilities. The position will operate on a commission-only basis during the probation period, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:
Act as the main point of contact ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their marketing goals.
Regularly update clients on campaign progress, deliverables, and results.
Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions from Brights' service portfolio.

Account Growth & Sales:
Proactively seek opportunities to expand services provided to existing clients.
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for Brights products & services.
Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets during the probation period.

Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, and strategy) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Oversee execution of Senses TV’s integration projects and Rahlti’s platform marketing needs.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control.

Strategic Input:
Contribute to client strategy development, offering insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Provide feedback to refine Brights’ service offerings based on client interactions.

Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and deliver regular performance and sales reports to the Managing Director.
Maintain detailed records of client communication and project updates.

Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in account management, marketing, or sales, ideally in a consultancy or agency setting.

Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Knowledge:
Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and media strategies.
Understanding of the tourism, lifestyle, or media sectors is a plus.

Compensation:
Probation Period (4 months): Commission-based pay structure tied to new client acquisitions and project revenues.
Post-Probation: Opportunity for a retainer-based or salary-based role contingent on performance.
