The ideal candidate will be self-employed, develop long term relationships with his/her clients, assess their needs and provide them the right solutions in protection and investment.Key Responsibilities: • Find and approach clients • Assess risk and present the appropriate consultancy • Quote, convert, renew and maintain general insurance policies for new and existing customers • Service customers via telephone calls, emails and general administration • Consistently demonstrate high customer service standards by ensuring a high level of customer engagement and meeting and exceeding customer expectations whilst acting with integrity • Proactively anticipate customer issues and take appropriate action • Adhere to company quality and underwriting standards • Participate in the achievement of individual and departmental targets and objectives
Skills
Minimum age: 25 years old • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Political Science/Law with 1 to 5 years of working experience • Fluent in Arabic, English.
