We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our remote team. As a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying and securing top talent for every internal role in our company by conducting thorough interviews and evaluations. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment practices, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
  • Conduct comprehensive screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
  • Lead detailed interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral fit.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills through tailored assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine candidate suitability and final candidate selection.
  • Draft and present compelling offers to successful candidates.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Manage multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring quality.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with candidates throughout the process.


Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume recruitment agency.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to switch seamlessly between both.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and social skills, with an empathetic approach to candidates.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and confidence.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every step of the recruitment process.
  • Urgency in completing tasks with speed while maintaining precision.
  • Adaptability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently without direction.
  • A passion for learning and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Patience and resilience in handling challenging recruitment scenarios.
  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • A perfectionist approach, willing to go the extra mile to find the best candidates.
