Role Description

This is a full-time , night-shift ,on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering all received sales orders into the company database, managing and organizing dispatch, and providing administrative assistance to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Fast and accurate typing abilities
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - EXCEL proficiency is a must
• Ability to provide administrative assistance as needed

Experience working in a similar role in similar working hours around the catering or food industry is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
