1- Supervising kitchen staff members and monitoring their performance.
2- Maintaining inventory levels.
3- Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to.
4- Coordinating kitchen activities.

Requirements:
1. Ability to work under pressure.
2. Proven kitchen experience.
3. BT3 in hospitality.
4. Hands-on experience with computer programs
