We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team in the Lebanon with 3-5 years of experience specializing in the design and development of BIM models for glazing, curtain walls, skylights, and similar façade elements for villas and commercial buildings. This role requires a creative professional with a keen eye for detail, strong collaborative skills, and a solid foundation in 3D modeling and parametric design.



Key Duties & Responsibilities:

-Understand the project scope, work requirements, and schedule.
-Develop accurate, parametric Revit 3D BIM models from concept designs and shop drawings for aluminum and façade elements with required levels of detail (LOD) and specifications, including sections, elevations, roofs, walls, and doors.
-Revise BIM models based on consultant feedback.
Integrate site measurements into the BIM model.
-Resolve discrepancies in site measurements in coordination with the site team.
-Prepare supplementary BIM models as needed.
-Generate final work orders for production release.
-Coordinate with the site team and design consultant to address engineering issues; highlight issues requiring attention to the Senior Façade Designer.
-Perform related tasks as assigned by the team leader.
-Adhere to occupational health, safety, and environmental guidelines
-Conduct BIM coordination for clash detection with other trades.
-Use Navisworks for clash detection and reporting.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture.
3-5 years in architectural design.
-Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Inventory is a plus.
-Knowledge of VDC methods; experience in CNC or digital fabrication is a plus.
-Proficiency in CAD software, Excel, and Word.
-Strong English skills and excellent interpersonal communication
