Travel Coordinator - Based in Saida

Responsible for coordinating and organizing travel arrangements for employees across the organization, particularly focusing on operations in Africa while being based in Lebanon.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to travel policies.
•Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure bookings and negotiate favorable rates for business travel.
•Monitor travel itineraries, track flights, and make necessary adjustments to travel plans as needed.
•Collaborate with departments to schedule and plan trips in line with operational requirements and project deadlines.
•Process and reconcile travel expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for employees.
•Provide travel guidance and assistance to employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to travel policies and procedures.
•Maintain travel records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
•Optimize travel procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness of travel operations.
•Assist in the preparation of travel budgets, expense forecasts, and reports to track travel-related expenditures.
•Collaborate with the Finance Department for accurate tracking of travel expenses and adherence to budgetary guidelines.


QUALIFICATIONS:

•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in travel coordination or related field.
•Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Knowledge of travel booking systems.
•Detail-oriented
