HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of HR management practices, exceptional proficiency in Excel and reporting, and in-depth knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and taxation. This role is pivotal in driving efficient HR operations and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
· Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using advanced Excel functions.
· Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor laws, NSSF regulations, and tax requirements.
· Manage payroll processing, including tax calculations and deductions in line with Lebanese regulations.
· Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and implement strategic HR initiatives.
· Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
· Conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development.
· Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
· Lead internal audits to ensure HR processes and records are accurate and compliant.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably within a Lebanese organization.
· Expertise in Lebanese labor laws, taxation, and NSSF regulations.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Background in handling payroll systems and tax compliance software.
· Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus
