Job Title: Senior Landscaper

Role Summary:
The Senior Landscaper will conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative landscaping designs that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. This role requires extensive experience, creativity, and technical knowledge to lead projects, mentor teams, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Create unique and functional landscaping concepts tailored to site conditions and client requirements.
Develop detailed plans, sketches, and 2D/3D models for presentation and approval.
Integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into design concepts.
Project Planning & Execution:

Prepare comprehensive landscaping plans, including planting layouts, irrigation designs, and hardscape details.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of landscaping elements.
Supervise on-site execution to ensure adherence to approved plans and quality standards.
Material Selection:

Research and select plants, trees, hardscaping materials, and other elements that align with the design vision and environmental conditions.
Present options to clients, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations.
Client Collaboration:

Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals.
Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback for final approval.
Compliance:

Ensure landscaping designs adhere to local regulations, environmental standards, and safety guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new technologies.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor landscaping teams, providing guidance and ensuring optimal performance.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in landscaping design and project management.
Proven expertise in creating and executing large-scale landscaping projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed landscaping projects (submission of portfolio is mandatory).
Skills:

Exceptional creative and spatial planning abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of plants, soil conditions, irrigation systems, and construction techniques.
Effective communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
