Job Summary:
The Architect Designer plays a critical role in shaping the built environment by creating innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and adhere to regulatory standards. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and present architectural designs and concepts to clients.
2. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
3. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
4. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate systems and materials.
5. Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications.
6. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainability practices.
8. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
9. Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
10. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in designing and executing
• BS degree in Architecture.
• Knowledge in 2D, 3D, 3D MAX, and other design softwares.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
