Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for performing sales activities, communicating the benefits of Goods in order to drive sales, ensuring proper display and cleanness of goods, identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to goods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all displayed products have the right prices.
- Ensure items and accessories availability and ease of use of all items on all shelves on daily basis.
- Conduct daily sales operations using (electronic sales order) and maximize all sales opportunities.
- Help customers make the right selections by offering suggestions, alternatives and opinions (upselling & cross-selling).
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and policies regarding payment, exchanges, refunds, etc.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the field.
- BT, TS, High school Diploma preferable Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
