Appointment Setter/Sales

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role is remote, offering flexibility, and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on our ICP by streamlining and prospecting potential customers
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
  • Qualify leads and gather essential information to assess their needs.
  • Set up appointments for the sales team to follow up with interested clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads to confirm appointments and answer any questions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with CRM software (Hubspot,GHL experience preferred) and basic sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.


Preferred:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting or sales-related roles.
  • Familiarity with using sales automation tools.
